here on earth

what can I say except that
the sun is still rising
every morning,
and I am again raised,
put to life by the King
of the Universe
invited to participate in those 
sacred words—
thy will be done 
on earth 
as it is 
in heaven 

and,
like yesterday, 
it is all so much more
ordinary and
spectacular
than I imagined
